Responsible play

Your wellbeing matters more than your session

Fayyassalon is meant to be entertainment. If it stops being that, these are the tools to pull, and none of them cost you anything.

Nothing to spend

There is no shop and no way to pay us. Coins are free or nothing.

Self-exclusion

24 hours to permanent. Cannot be lifted early.

Take a break

No pressure to return

Levels and coins never decay, so a break costs you nothing.

Talk to someone

Free, confidential helplines, 24/7.

Warning signs

Any of these is worth taking seriously:

  • Playing longer than you planned, repeatedly.
  • Playing to escape stress, boredom or low mood rather than for fun.
  • Hiding how much you play from people close to you.
  • Chasing losses — increasing stakes to recover a bad session.
  • Feeling irritable or restless when you cannot play.

Self-exclusion

Choose 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent. During an exclusion you cannot log in, play, or receive marketing from us. Your balance and progress are held exactly as you left them.

Start one yourself from Account → Self-exclusion: pick the term, type the confirmation, and it applies the moment you press the button. No email, no waiting on support, and nothing for anyone to talk you out of.

Protecting minors

Fayyassalon is strictly 18+, and we ask for a date of birth at registration. If you share a device with someone under 18, use parental control software such as FamiSafe or Net Nanny, and never save your password in a shared browser.
